2) Categories of processed personal data  

The administrator will process the following personal data:

name and surname,
delivery or registered office address,
e-mail address,
telephone number,
bank account numbers.

Providing all data in the order or contact form is voluntary. Mandatory fields are marked as such, because they relate to the data that is necessary to complete the order and we would not be able to process the order without it. What data is collected, results directly from the forms into which the data is entered. As for the contact form, we encourage you to pseudonymize the data.

3) Purposes and legal basis for the processing.

The processing of the personal data by the Administrator is incidental and serves only the following purposes. Purposes of processing your personal data:

performance of the sales contract (including payment service),
delivery of ordered products,
service before and after sale (including warranty obligations),
the Administrator’s newsletter and marketing activities.

After the performance of the contract, the processing of your data will be limited, and after the retention periods required by civil law, tax regulations and the Accounting Act, the data will be deleted, unless you expressly consent to further use of this data for other purposes.

4) Recipients of personal data  

The recipients to whom your personal data may be transferred to will be employees of the Administrator and its subcontractors (especially in the field of payment processing and delivery of goods), public administration and judiciary authorities.

5) Data storing period 

We will store your personal data until the proceeding, in which it was collected, is completed. Data collected for the purpose of contacting customers will be deleted after resolving a specific inquiry. Data collected during the sale process will be stored for the warranty period of the purchased products, in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the provisions of civil law. Sales invoices will be kept for 5 years.
