Store regulations
1. General Provisions
The Regulations apply to all orders placed by Consumers and Entrepreneurs via our online Store.
The Consumer is, in accordance with art. 22 of the Civil Code, a natural person who performs a legal transaction with the entrepreneur not related directly to his business or professional activity.
The Entrepreneur is, in accordance with art. 43 of the Civil Code, a natural person, a legal person and an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which the law grants legal capacity, conducting business or professional activity on its own behalf.
Other or supplementary regulations and general terms and conditions used by Entrepreneurs are null and void, unless the express and written consent of the Store is obtained.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
A sales contract is concluded with FAU – Jacek Krajewski. 27R Cieślewskich Street, 03-017 Warsaw, Poland, VAT no: PL 952-186-28-26. The presentation of products in our online Store is an invitation to treat within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code. In order to make an offer to purchase products, an order must be placed. Using the mechanisms available in our Store, you can add products of your choice to the shopping cart. The shopping cart and the data entered in the forms can be modified before placing the order, using the available functions and messages that appear during the ordering process.
By clicking the button confirming and finalizing the order on the order summary page – you place an order for the products in the shopping cart. After placing the order, you receive an e-mail from us confirming the receipt of the order and its acceptance for implementation, as well as information about the availability of selected items. In addition, you receive payment details, information on payment methods and shipping costs. A sales contract shall come into being when we receive the receipt of your payment. The catalog includes net prices and gross prices containing 23% VAT, which applies to customers from the European Union. VAT is not charged to customers from outside the European Union and companies with an active EU VAT number.
3. Language and Rules for the Consolidation of the Contract
A sales contract can be concluded in Polish. We keep the contents of the contract and send you the order data by e-mail. The Store Regulations are available on the website of our online Store in a way that allows you to obtain, reproduce and save them.
4. Delivery of Products
Indicated prices of products do not include shipping costs. The ordered products are delivered via transportation companies cooperating with us. Detailed information on the possible methods and dates of delivery and shipping costs will be sent to you via e-mail. It is also possible to collect the products in person at the following address: FAU – Jacek Krajewski, 27R Cieślewskich Street, 03-017 Warsaw, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
5. Payments
The following payment methods are available for you in our online Store:
- electronic payments with PayPal.
- payment on delivery upon delivery (on the territory of the Republic of Poland)
- payment by traditional bank transfer to our Store’s bank account. If you choose this form of payment – after the order has been made, we will send you via e-mail the data for the transfer. The order
- will be processed after the full amount of the required payment for the order is booked to our account.
